Shipping

For West Malaysia, please allow 2-5 business days after shipment for your package to arrive. For East Malaysia, it takes approximately 5-10 business days to receive your package, although sometimes it maybe sooner or later depending upon courier service provided. After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order. Please note, it can sometimes take up to 48 hours for your information to appear in the courier service system. Please provide a correct and complete shipping address, along with a condominium or apartment number if applicable, an incorrect or incomplete address will likely delay the delivery from the expected time of arrival. We will provide multiple tracking numbers if your order in separate packages.

When you purchase Pre-Order products, the items are not available for immediate shipping and will be shipped in the future, according to the estimated dispatch date that is outlined on the product page.

Shipping Rate

The shipping rate might be varied depends on the courier service that the supplier will be used to deliver the packages. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping.

Return Policy

Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. Your refund will be credited to your initial form of payment in 14 business days, in the amount of the purchase price.

Return

Returns generally take 3-4 weeks to process. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in the original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt. The shipping cost for the return will be bear by the customer. We do not accept returns on undergarments, shoe care, and personalized products. Accessories including jewelry, bags, and hair accessories are non-returnable too. We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. We reserve the right to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached our warehouse.

Exchanges

Please note that for any online purchases, we do not perform exchanges at this time.

Make sure your item is returnable with the following checklist:

  • Within 7 days of receipt.
  • Original and good condition.
  • Digital products can’t be returned, as they are downloadable.
    If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
  • The packaging should also be in the original condition in the original shipping container as received.
  • Along with the receipt that has been sent through your email.
  • The customer will bear the shipping fee when returning it.
  • UKHWAH SHOP will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
  • Once checked and confirm for the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 7-14 working days after the confirmation.
  • UKHWAH SHOP reserves the right to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached our warehouse.
